SALAD AND WINE PAIRING SEMINAR
Saturday, August 7; 2-5pm at Prince Michel Winery
Chef Gil creates 4 delicious salads and pairs them with Prince Michel wines. Participants will learn how to prepare each salad and discuss why particular wines are selected for each dish. Events Coordinator Brad Nicholson will present unique ways to serve salads to your own guests. $3.00 per participant includes free samples of the salads.
